How quickly can you deliver a motorbike?

In most cases a motorbike can be delivered within one hour of booking.

The bike was delivered to my hotel, with paperwork and deposit sorted efficiently. Customer service and communication was fab,  and I was assured should there be any problem with the bike they are on hand to assist me. However in the two week the bike didn't skip a beat and was reliable. We managed to visit some exciting places, saving alot of money on Taxis. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept cash payment on delivery. You can also pay by Wise or by direct bank transfer.

If you would prefer to pay electronically, just let us know when booking and we’ll provide the payment details.

What happens if I damage a scooter?

If a scooter is damaged during your rental, we ask that the damage is repaired and the bike returned in the same condition it was supplied.

There are many reasonably priced garages throughout Phuket.

What times do you deliver and collect scooters?

We normally deliver and collect scooters between 8am and 6pm.

When booking, let us know where you are staying and your preferred delivery or collection time and we will confirm the arrangements with you.

Can I take the bike to another part of Thailand?

No. Our rental scooters must remain on the island of Phuket throughout the rental period.

They must not be taken across the bridge to mainland Thailand or transported to another province without our prior permission.

Do you take a deposit?

Yes. We take a ฿1,000 security deposit when you rent a scooter. The deposit is returned when we collect the bike, provided it is returned in good condition and there are no outstanding charges.

What type of licence do I need in Phuket?

You should have a valid driving licence that allows you to ride motorcycles, together with the appropriate International Driving Permit (IDP) where required.

An International Driving Permit does not give you motorcycle entitlement if your normal licence only allows you to drive cars, so please check that your licence covers the type of scooter you intend to ride.

You should carry your driving licence and IDP with you while riding.

Do I need experience riding a scooter?

We strongly recommend that you already have experience riding a motorcycle or scooter before renting one in Phuket.

Traffic conditions can be very different from those you are used to at home, particularly around busy areas such as Patong, Phuket Town and Chalong.

If you have never ridden a scooter before, renting one while on holiday is not the best place to learn.

Can I rent a scooter for a day, week or month?

Yes. We offer both short and longer-term scooter rentals, with daily and monthly pricing shown on our website.

If you need a scooter for a different length of time, send us your dates and we can confirm the price and availability.
